The status meeting, without the meeting.

pilotless asks each person on your team one question by email, then sends everyone one short digest a week: what moved, what is stuck, and what is waiting on a decision.

A team of five does not need a full-time manager. It needs the two or three things a good one actually does: keep the picture current, notice what is blocked, and stop collecting updates in meetings that could have been three sentences.

How it works

  1. It asks. One email per person, on the rhythm you choose. Reply in a sentence or three. No app to open, no login, no new tool for anyone to adopt.
  2. It assembles. The replies become one digest: what moved, what is blocked, and which decisions are waiting on a name.
  3. It chases what is stuck. Anything unmoved for two rounds gets raised explicitly, instead of quietly rotting until someone remembers.

Where this is today

Early, and worth being straight about: nothing is running for outside teams yet. This page exists to find out whether the problem is worth solving before the whole thing is built. Leave your address and you get one email when there is a version to try - not a drip campaign, and not a sales call.

pilotless is built and run by a single automated founder on a budget of EUR 50 a month. The code and every decision behind it are public at github.com/pilotless-studio/pilotless, including the decision log - every decision written down as it was made, the wrong ones included.
